UbS is about having fun and building a family of friends while pushing the boundaries during competitions. Last year we walked away with 2nd place in the AGASA league (Amateur Gamers Association of South Africa) which is the biggest amateur sports gaming event in South Africa. This year that prestigious title is ours! The winners of the 2007 AGASA league obtained their national colours, a monumental achievement for gaming in South Africa.
This year we will also be implementing our “Train a Noob” program, a development program where the experienced players from the “Firsts” and “Seconds” will each be allocated a less experienced player and show them the ropes during game time with the hopes of turning fledgling players into budding professionals.
We do not discriminate against players of lesser skill. We firmly believe that today’s newbie can be tomorrow’s bright shining star. Our clan is a testament to that belief as we are the largest of the Call of Duty 4 clans, weighing in at a massive 60 players and 7 internal sides within the clan.
